• To manage enquiries and bookings

Who we share data with

Only with approved coaches and trusted third-party providers such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GoCardless, and Base44 (website host).

We never sell personal data.

We aim to respond within 30 days.

• All coaches must hold a valid Enhanced DBS check and insurance.
• Coaches must follow FA Safeguarding guidelines.
• Concerns should be reported to info@elite121coaching.com and will be handled confidentially.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lab Football Ltd acts as an introducer only and does not take session payments directly.

Refunds and cancellations are managed by the individual coach.

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved with the coach, please contact us and we'll help mediate fairly.

5. Complaints Policy

We aim for a high standard of service.

If you wish to make a complaint, email info@elite121coaching.com with full details.

We will acknowledge your email within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
